- Customer who is placing order on our website shall be deemed to read all terms and conditions. By placing an order on uphaar.net customer obligate to accept all terms and conditions of uphaar.net. Customer will be fully responsible for misunderstanding of any term or condition. Customer can not make claim for his/her interpretation.

All prices are in U.S. Dollars and the gifts are delivered only in India.

We (uphaar.net) guarantee to deliver product within specified time which we promise (as per terms and conditions). uphaar.net will do best possible effort to deliver gift in time, but will not be held responsible for delay due to unforeseen events or remoteness of shipping address.

If in any condition client to whom gift is shipped did not get reached, we will deliver gift to neighbor and leave a note for that. If recipient did not accept item as it was specified in description while placing order, in that condition order will be deemed as completed and no refund will be issued.

We request our customers to give us at least 3-4 days to fulfill their order for best possible services.

Delivery received at the address which is provided by customer other than recipients will be deemed as product delivered.

Once order placed on uphaar.net will be deemed as final. It can not be cancelled. But if you have any change in request, we will gladly accept your request within two hours of placing the order. uphaar.net will do its best effort to fulfill changes but will not be held responsible if requested change could not be possibly made.

We have full right to refuse any service or order unconditionally.

We provide most item as branded ones on our website. Brand owner will be resposible for the quality of product.
We can surely help you to lodge a complain to the respective brand owner if quality is not found up to the mark.

We always try to give best services to our customers. If for any reason recipient is not fully satisifed with our product, please return product to our head office in Lucknow.
We will refund your money as mensioned in FAQ.

Delivery of certain items may not be possible under unforeseen circumstances on specified date. If we fail to do so, we will refund your money.

uphaar.net will not be liable any other claim under any circumstances other than claim for 100% refund what customer paid.

uphaar.net will try to deliver item as described in website, but in some unexpected condition it may possible that exact color and item may not be provided. In that
case if customer given us enough time (at least a week) for delivery. We will notify customer about change in color or unavailibilty of item or we will fulfill order
with better product of same variety.

uphaar.net is not responsible for any kind of unauthorized use of credit card information given to our authorized payment gateway, for the orders placed. uphaar.net not is responsible for your card being charged in this manner. However if your card has been used without authorization, you should notify us as soon as you receive the Email confirmation of the order which was placed.

uphaar.net is not responsible gift delivered to person who lived as the recipient address and poses himself/herself as recipient. In that case order will be deemed as delivered.

If you are not fully satisfied with our product, please send us product back. We will gladly refund your money within 15 days of delivery.

Due to any technical error if amount of product display on uphaar.net website does not match original cost of item. uphaar.net has discretionary power to cancel order. In usual condition our support staff will notify customer with correct price, it is up to customer whether he/she is willing to accept new price or not. For technical error uphaar.net is not bound to accept order.

All claims which are subject to the juridiction of local Court at Lucknow, India.
